I received a Toshiba Satellite laptop to review. I think it's awful. It crashes constantly and is supposed to be brand new. It has the Windows 7. It's my first time working with it. Is this behavior typical for Windows 7?

I say no - I've had zero problems with Windows 7, it's really impressed me as an operating system. Is it just shutting down, or are particular applications crashing?
